This is the site of a national charity
campaigning to improve the lives of people with M.E. in the UK.

SupportME

SupportME was
created by a recovering M.E./CFS sufferer as an online resource for
sufferers of the condition. A particular emphasis is placed on positive
information.

Louise Sargent's
site is great. M.E. Support is beneficial not only to M.E. sufferers
but carers, family and friends of M.E. sufferers too. I enjoy the breadth
of articles and contributions from a variety of people.

This site has masses
of information and plenty of useful links! |

M.E. - Not Alone
is Nicky Keates' site. It has a Christian ethos but Nicky empasizes that
everyone is welcome and there are really useful M.E pages. A lovely place
to visit! |

Deciding to have a
child, going through pregnancy and parenting are all difficult even when
you don't suffer from ME/CFS. Sally Lambert's site aims to offer
extra support to those going through these life stages. (I found her
advice about preparing for labour particularly helpful.)
