Sheldon was curious about the cheeping coming from the brooder.

I lifted BQ out to meet her but Sheldon hissed at her and moved away from us. (I can't think why she goes up to the adults outside - who don't want to know her- but appears afraid of these little ones who would probably like to be her friends!)

Thinking she was jealous seeing the duckling in my hand, I tried putting the ducklings in a basket next to her but, again, she was less than keen to get to know them!

Once they were safely back in the brooder, she investigated their basket!
